This prequel/sequel to “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre 2” was originally produced in 1998 as a short film intended to showcase writer-director William Tony Hooper’s digital effects skills. It later evolved into a much longer homage to his father Tobe’s films. However, for reasons unknown, the film has never been publicly screened. The story was to be set years after the events of “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2”, with Chop Top having been captured and placed in a psychiatric prison. We would have seen some memories of his family in flashbacks as he was interviewed by a tabloid news crew. Chop Top would then have escaped and embarked on a new massacre — an All American Massacre.
